Milo: I just love your belly so much.
My belly is a travesty that looks like an elephant's knee, but my kid has taught me a lesson in acceptance and even pride at what my body was able to do. Kids like soft welcoming things. My body became that way because I had them. Granted it is a little odd that Milo loves my belly, but it really brings home the idea that what's lovable about a body isn't absolute or objective and there can be lots of different things to love about a body.
I remember as a kid my favorite person to hug was my Grandmom who was soft and squishy. I loved hugging her. So I can understand how Milo might feel.
