Stealth Interview?

I was out at a university last week since they have been targeting me, but for that one I knew I was a target.

I'm at another university now, in a much more agreeable location, to give a colloquium. Or so I thought. No, it's a stealth interview -- tonight at dinner with the dept. chair, a 3-hour dinner I might add, he basically told me that they want to hire me!!! Hey, I thought I was here for a visit and to give a talk!

All of this is too tumultuous for me in a way. Not that I should complain, but what exactly am I going to do with my life at this point forward? Will we stay, or will we go?
