Pumpkin Patch

Now that I have tenure, I figure I'm allowed to accompany my kids on a field trip, so today I went along when their class went to a local farm to pick some pumpkins and apples.

Brrrrr! If only we had gone last week during the 70s and 60s weather. Instead we went today, the coldest day of the season so far, and it was in the 40s throughout the morning. Milo and Nora were not psyched about all of the layers I forced them to wear, but we were all glad when we were on our hay ride.
